Double Jeopardy laws are usually set in place to protect someone from being hounded for a crime for which they have been proven innocent. In theory this is a good thing, but over the years there have been several cases where they have allowed a dangerous person to walk free having fooled the legal system. One man who did this was Brian Donald Hume, who not only got away with murder but then mad...

I'm in my shower, listening to this my neighbours are not in their house at the moment, so i gotta do what I gotta do 😁
Liked and subbed...I love rabbit holes late at night..early morning? ...to help me sleep! Lovely! Thanks! And so dapper, as well!
Parents back in the day, didn't stand by their female children, because abuse of women was accepted, here's the kicker, it's no different now, I am a woman, who went through the same thing, do your research, it will explain suicide, bi- sexual, etc !!!!!!!!😡
With the DNA today, there shouldn't be any unsolved murders, yes, I said murder
There are ties between the TT murders and the Whitechapel murders. To suggest that they can’t be related is short sighted and ignorant to the nature of serial killers and the facts of these 2 crime series. It’s a myth that serial killers never change their MO. They do change. For all sorts of reasons. There’s plenty of examples of this. And I would argue that the MO is in fact, similar. The killer wanted the body parts found. Just like the JTR murders. The killer was a dismemberment killer. Organ removal in both sets of murders. This practice is extremely rare! All the murder victims were women, roughly the same age, same class, same race. The damage done to Elizabeth Jackson & Annie Chapman is very similar. The killer attempted to decapitate them with a knife but was unsuccessful. They were killed within months of each other. The Pinchin St torso was found in ripper territory! It had a long vertical superficial gash down the abdomen. The railway arch it was found under was yards from a house once stood. The man who lived there as a boy was also the same man who “discovered” the freshly murdered Mary Anne Nichols. Who had her dress pulled down, concealing the savage wounds to her abdomen. A long vertical gagged slash and stab wounds to her genitals. In 1872 West London, a young woman is strangled and her thirst cut twice. Down to the vertebrae. Less than a year later, the first Thames Torso victim is killed. And in the early 1890s both murder sprees end. According to the FBI database, during the heyday of serial killers in the U.S., the 70s-90s, there was about 50-100 active serial killers at any given time. In a country of 300 million people. Serial killers are rare. Dismemberment or post activity killers are only a fraction of that group. They’re extremely rare. So the chances that there were 2 of these guys active at the same time, in the same place, committed similar acts, is highly unlikely. They have to be the same man.
Just found you, new sub❤
Welcome aboard! ☺
Love this style of the extra long video!❤😊
Well, we have some serial killers in the Netherlands too! How about "Goede Mie" ? nl.wikipedia.org/wiki/Maria_Swanenburg . She made it to Guinness Book of Records !
Thank you so much , i love the compilations 😊
33:54 paul- thats not a human hand... u making me question my anatomy 🤣🤣
They would be paying someone to care for them. They must pay her too, no one will do it for free, plus they needed to sign over their insurance money, too??! That’s even worse! What kind of idiots would sign over their loved one’s insurance policy money to someone, so when they pass, they would get nothing! 😂🤣
Religion has invented the most disgraceful punishment for humans who do not wish to remain abused & under the yoke. Religion & the aristocracy are guilty of thousands of years of tyranny. Now it is religion & the wealthy who rule the world in the same way. Nothing changes unless we get rid of the psychopaths in charge of the asylum
This is just heartbreaking.
Wonderful story telling ❤ thank you. You helped me drift off to sleep 💤
hey paul 29th june 2024....love from South Africa. i love the idea of Historic Mail. pity i missed the xmas offer. no worries. will check it out. As you were.........
At my heaviest I was 185 lb ( 5’8 woman), I was so bad, I felt swollen and heavy. I’m now down to 155 lb and I’m so happy. When I was 18 I weighed 126 lb 🤷♀️ I’m in a process of losing weight and hope to be 140 lb by the end of summer.
I just recently found your channel-haven't seen a video I didn't like yet! Dig your style, too. 👍
Starr sounded like he needed to join a group that specialized in extreme sports. Adrenaline junkie to the extreme.
Anna was so wicked. Her poor son. I wonder what became of a young lad who had her as a mother. George Heist was very VERY negligent in not reporting the actions of her poisoning. I mean he was bloody paralyzed FGS!! Glad, so glad, she got zapped. Hope she was terrified. Poor Oscar I hope his mid west life with his new adopted parents went smoothly. He’d be one damaged kid.
'R v Appleby' is pronounced 'The King against Appleby" if at the time it was decided a King was on the throne. R would mean Rex. After Elizabeth came to the throne R would mean Regina and the case would be called "The Queen against ..".
Women love to triangle, if they do this, be sure they are narsictic
Live well and leave a respectable corpse.
If women were taking in babies from unwed mothers back then, and the babies mysteriously dying - I can see someone doing the same thing to older people - all for money.
D N A was not used ( P😊😊😊lpor even discovered ) in the1910’s

Thanks!

Wow, thank you so much, Jennifer! That is extremely generous of you. I'd feel bad not sending you something for this. Can you pop a postal address over to Wellineverofficial@gmail.com so I can send some Well, I Never bits your way? ☺🙏
That was just a tabloid rumor Michael deny it I really dont know why you included false information.
And the amount of people who watch and can't be bothered giving it a 👍🏼 makes me say "Well, I never".....
👍
Seems Henry was damned if he did or if he didn't. So he chose to live life on his terms.
❤❤❤❤❤❤ oh my goodness 😢❤️
Nobody willing to waste larger. Football hooligans are tough enough to run towards a huge gang, with broken bottles and Chelsea bricks, but show them a fire and they run away before it gets big.
Brilliant compilation! Thank you once again for your hard work, in depth research and calm voice.
What a disgusting tragedy.😢
Is this a Scottish channel???🏴🏴🏴
Just in time to enjoy over the weekend❤ Thank you Paul! Liebe Grüsse aus Salzburg😊

Because we don't pronounce the "h" in "th" in Dutch, Herman Drenth's surname is actually pronounced "Drent".

I love listening to your true stories from the past and love your voice.❤
This morning I was looking for something good to listen to while working and, as if Paul had read my mind, he was there. 🤯🥰
I love all your stories.
What wonderful 'Christians' they are to make a comment such as "God took the best children". I understand they were upset, but what a grotesque comment to ever utter out loud 😢
I totally enjoyed this two hours of your fantastic episode. Thank you so very much. Well I Never
Thanks fot for this marvellous Video
Evans absolutely did it. I believe Geraldine died accidentally at his hands.
Feel so bad for this guy, apparently he was a pretty great dude. Once he had the accident though, the brain injury caused him to become an angry drinker.
Thanks!
Thank you so much!
Grim darkness but guided by Paul? I'll absolutely take that. Time to settle in for a couple of hours
